The Administrative Services Center project consists of a single-story multi-purpose Campus Support Facility housing Facilities Operation and Maintenance, Police and Safety, and Shipping/Receiving/Postal Operations for the Panama City Campus. The successful completion of this essential multi-tenant building will set the stage for the efficient provision of campus services for the future growth of the campus. The project includes traffic master planning as well as design and implementation of a new central energy plant that will serve all existing and new buildings. The Administrative Services Center has the unique opportunity to develop an architectural character for the Campus that complements the existing buildings and carries the image of the campus into the future.
