Center for Innovation

The TCC Center for Innovation is an 8,000 SF renovation of the plaza level of the TCC Capitol Center, originally home of the Mary Brogan Museum. Located directly on Kleman Plaza, this project will serve as the main entry point for TCC’s evolving building. Other spaces included in this project are a formal meeting room, improved restroom facilities, and the tenant shell build-out for a Starbucks café.
