The New Leaf Market, Apalachee Parkway project was an extensive, 14,000 square foot renovation that included an expansion into an adjacent tenant space. The store was owner occupied throughout the entire project, which included three phases, the relocation of restroom facilities, kitchen, and deli, and improvements to the exterior building shell.

The store was re-designed to incorporate a contemporary, open-market concept. By utilizing open ceilings, exposed building structure, environmentally friendly materials, energy-conscious design, and through the innovative use of color, tile, and flooring materials, a dynamic and inviting space was created.
