The renovation completely reimagined the existing floor plan, creating an environment that reflects the firm’s global reach and commitment to seamless collaboration. A central ribbon of glass-enclosed private offices anchors the space, surrounded by open workstations, collaborative areas, and gathering spaces that encourage communication across departments.
Natural light was a driving force in the design. Expansive perimeter windows frame views of Tallahassee’s SouthWood community, connecting employees to the local landscape while supporting a workplace designed to serve colleagues around the world. The result is a modern operations center that feels equally connected to its international network and its local community.
Rather than creating a traditional corporate office, the design emphasizes openness, flexibility, and visual clarity. Bright, welcoming common areas encourage spontaneous interaction, while focused workspaces and conference rooms provide the privacy needed for concentrated work. The balance of transparency, natural light, and carefully placed color creates an environment that is both highly functional and distinctly memorable.
Bold orange gathering spaces energize collaborative zones, muted greens provide moments of focus, and graphic environmental elements reinforce the firm’s identity while creating intuitive wayfinding.
