Brian Gladden
With over a decade of architectural experience, Brian Gladden brings a combination of technical expertise and creative energy to his role as Project Manager. A graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture, Brian was inspired early on by a curiosity for how things are assembled. This interest evolved into a career marked by dedication and enthusiasm.
At ALW, Brian plays a critical role in guiding projects from technical development through construction administration, specializing in government and K–12 educational facilities. His approach reflects a thoughtful blend of structure and function, emphasizing balance, hierarchy, and contextual integration. Whether leading the design and delivery of the Santa Rosa Amenity Building or managing the transformation of Griffin Middle School’s Cafetorium—a project close to his heart as an alum of the same school district—Brian is driven to improve lives through architecture.
