Hyatt House Tallahassee Capitol – University is located in Tallahassee’s Railroad Square Art District. The five-story, 80,000 square foot hotel has 120 guest rooms, including 77 with full kitchens, a large patio with outdoor bar service, an outdoor pool, a fitness room, and an 846-square-foot meeting space. 6,000 square feet of retail space is situated adjacent to the modern extended-stay hotel. ALW served as the architectural consultant to Mountain Shore Properties to develop exterior material concepts and enhance the hotel’s aesthetic connection with the Railroad Square Art Park.
