ALW is collaborating with national laboratory design experts RS&H to design this new tech business incubator at Innovation Park. We are working with the Leon County Research & Development Authority to implement design strategies that will encourage innovation and the incubation of new technologies. Plug-and-play labs, both personal and co-working space, and social zones of various sizes will be designed to support ease of use, protection of intellectual property and a culture of collaboration in the new tech hub. Easy access to IT, flexible arrangement of furnishings, and durable materials will meet the demands of an incubator lab facility, while modern design features and a branded palette will attract start-ups to channel their creative energy in one central talent hub.
