Ben Baylor brings nearly 13 years of architectural experience to his dual role as Project Manager and Design Technology Manager. A Monticello, Florida native, Ben earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Florida A&M University.
Ben’s comprehensive expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from initial design development through construction administration. As the firm’s BIM Manager and Technology Manager, he serves as the go-to resource for technical support while specializing in ADA-compliant projects. His passion for BIM modeling and detailing reflects his curiosity about how buildings are constructed and assembled. Among his notable project contributions, Ben played key roles in the design and construction documentation for 201 E. Park Avenue, helping enhance downtown Tallahassee’s architectural fabric. His work on Waller Park contributed to creating a monumental gathering space with accessible routes to the Florida Capitol Building, while his involvement in the award-winning Governors Inn restoration demonstrates his commitment to preserving downtown historic buildings.
