Amina Kassem is a Project Manager and Associate with over five years of professional experience. She brings a story-driven approach to every project, working across all design phases from schematics through construction administration. Her passion for visual storytelling often translates into leading environmental graphics efforts, helping to create spaces that resonate both functionally and emotionally.
At ALW, Amina has contributed to a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, and higher education work. One project she’s particularly proud of is the Capital City Bank on Apalachee Parkway, where she was involved from early research through construction documentation and site coordination. Her design philosophy is rooted in empathy, humility, and critical thinking, drawing inspiration from Islamic architecture’s intricate detailing, geometric precision and cultural responsiveness.
